About Micah
I built NoThinkList because I kept coming home from the grocery store without half of what I actually needed. Not because I didn't try. I had lists, screenshots, voice memos, random notes in three different apps. The problem was that none of it worked the way my brain does. I'd get to the store, feel completely overwhelmed by the produce section, forget I needed something from aisle 3 while I was standing in aisle 7, and come home to find I had three cans of black beans and no pasta.
ADHD makes grocery shopping genuinely hard. It's not about being disorganized. It's about working memory, decision fatigue, and the kind of in-store chaos that can derail even a solid plan in about 90 seconds. I wanted an app that did the organizing for me, not one that asked me to do more setup work.
So I built NoThinkList. Paste a recipe link, your list builds itself. Pick a store, your list sorts itself by aisle. Shop once. Get everything. That's the whole idea.
I write about ADHD, grocery technology, meal planning, and building apps for people who think differently. If any of that sounds useful to you, the app is free to download on iOS.
